Introduction: Build the Review Around Your Requirements
This worksheet offers a fresh way to organize an account proposal: begin with the intended project, document each material claim, and finish with a decision tied to the current written terms.
The guiding principle is accountability. Each explanation should address a specific question, and each ongoing responsibility should have an accepted owner.
This is an editorial assessment template, not a provider endorsement. It does not verify account ownership, historical descriptions, advertised outcomes, or whether a proposed sale or transfer is permitted. The contact details and promotional claims above are reproduced as supplied and have not been independently verified.
1. Write a Project Brief
Describe the communication you intend to manage before evaluating the offer.
Project name:
Person or organization represented:
Intended recipients:
Subjects of correspondence:
Responsible manager:ย
Complete this statement:
โThe project requires email communication for , representing , under the management of .โ
Add what the project excludes. Keep the brief separate from advertised package features so that later changes to the offer do not silently change the projectโs purpose.
2. Establish the Review Criteria
Create a requirement list before comparing proposals.
Requirement ย ย Question to answer ย ย Review status
Permission ย ย What basis has been established for the proposed arrangement? ย ย
Identity ย ย Who will recipients understand is communicating? ย ย
Privacy ย ย What information is within the projectโs scope? ย ย
Commercial terms ย ย What exactly is included and excluded? ย ย
Support ย ย Which responses or remedies are specified? ย ย
Management ย ย Who has accepted each responsibility? ย ย
Keep optional preferences in a separate list. For this worksheet, an address style or historical preference does not replace an essential requirement.
3. Create One Entry per Advertising Claim
Preserve the wording before interpreting it.
Exact statement:
Explanation supplied:
Basis supplied:
Conditions or qualifications:
Question still open:ย
Apply this format to expressions such as โold,โ โverified,โ โready to use,โ or โfull support.โ
If an explanation introduces another undefined phrase, add a question. Do not mark the original entry complete merely because a response has been received.
4. Define What โOldโ Refers To
Give historical descriptions a dedicated section.
Record whether the proposal describes:
A claimed creation date.
A claimed period of activity.
A claimed period under particular management.
Another specified historical characteristic.
Then complete:
โThis historical characteristic matters to the project because .โ
If it is simply preferred, label it as a preference.
Within this worksheet, a history entry addresses only the historical description. Permission, privacy, identity, commercial commitments, and future expectations remain separate.
5. Preserve the Permission Question
Document the proposed arrangement without treating commercial assurances as a substitute for the permission review.
Arrangement proposed:
Authority claimed by the provider:
Applicable official requirements identified:
Intended activity:
Information and identity intended for use:
Unresolved question:ย
Keep the basis for each explanation visible. Where the necessary information has not been established, retain an unresolved status.
6. Set Information and Identity Boundaries
For this template, exclude another personโs private messages, unrelated contacts, attachments, and personal relationships from the projectโs intended value.
Complete:
โThe project can operate without relying on another personโs private correspondence because .โ
Prepare the sender introduction:
โThis address is used for . Correspondence is managed by on behalf of .โ
Compare it with planned display names and signatures. Record any wording that would imply participation, endorsement, employment, or continuity that has not been established.
7. Keep Observation Separate From Interpretation
If a demonstration is included, use a limited observation note.
Field ย ย Entry
Action shown ย ย
Direct observation ย ย
Providerโs interpretation ย ย
Requirement addressed ย ย
Questions not addressed ย ย
Update only the relevant requirement. This template does not treat a demonstration as a blanket answer to ownership, permission, privacy, or future-outcome questions.
Bypassing checks, restrictions, or access controls is outside this project template.
8. Prepare a Single Current-Terms Summary
Record the proposal currently under consideration.
Version or date:
Scope:
Total stated price:
Additional charges:
Delivery commitment:
Included assistance:
Exclusions:
Reporting deadlines:
Proposed remedies:
Conditions attached to remedies:ย
Use โnot suppliedโ for missing information.
When material terms change, create a revised summary. Preserve earlier versions as context without combining their favorable details into an offer that was never presented.
9. Specify Support and Responsibility
For each support issue, record:
Issue covered:
Information requested:
Response promised:
Timing specified:
Remedy proposed:
Exclusions:ย
Separately identify the person or role responsible for ongoing management of an account legitimately owned or managed.
Include sender-identity accuracy, privacy boundaries, support correspondence, project changes, and decisions about pausing activity. Record acceptance of each task, and keep credentials outside this planning document.
10. Define Pause Conditions
Choose the conditions that will stop this review from advancing.
Possible entries include:
An essential question remains unanswered.
A material term is undefined.
The current proposal conflicts with the terms summary.
The planned sender identity depends on an unsupported implication.
A required management task has no accepted owner.
Write the specific unresolved question beside each condition. Apply the same criteria across proposals.
11. Close With a Decision Note
Use three review statuses:
Explained: an answer and its qualifications have been recorded.
Unresolved: a material question remains open.
Not met: the proposal does not satisfy the stated requirement.
An explained entry is not automatically independently verified or acceptable.
Finish with:
โThe intended project is . The proposal reviewed is version . The requirements explained are . The questions still unresolved are . The requirements not met are . My decision is , based on .โ
Date the note so the reasoning remains tied to the exact proposal considered.
